Federation's Ethics Committee

The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia is committed to exemplary ethical behavior. We recognize the value of an independent and objective body to receive, investigate and resolve ethical conflicts with efficiency, confidentiality and professionalism. In order for the Board of Directors to ensure that management meets this standard, an Ethics Committee of the Board of Directors has been created to:

•       Ensure that all ethical matters are handled appropriately, as detailed below.

•       Oversee the enforcement of Federation’s Ethical Guidelines.

•       To protect an employee or volunteer who brings a concern to the attention of the Committee, as detailed in Federation’s Whistleblower Policy.

The Ethics Committee is a standing committee of the Board of Directors of Federation, and reports to the Officers of the Board of Directors. Federation employees, volunteers and community members should be aware that the members of the Committee are:
