One Happy Camper of Greater Philadelphia

Summer 2013

A project of the Neubauer Family Foundation, the Foundation for Jewish Camp and the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia.

Overnight Jewish camp provides children and teens with all the excitement of sleep-away camp while instilling in them a deeper appreciation for all things Jewish.  By participating in the One Happy Camper Program, you could give your children a life-changing experience that helps them become the Jewish adults of tomorrow.

For the summer of 2012, first-time campers can receive up to $1,000 toward an overnight Jewish camp experience of three weeks or more through the incentive program. Eligible camps include Camp Galil, Camp Harlam, Camp JRF, Camp Ramah in the Poconos, Golden Slipper Camp, B'nai Brith Perlman, Pinemere Camp, Young Judaea Camps: Sprout Lake and Tel Yehudah...and nearly 150 other camps across North America!

Watch Allie Graub, 10 years old, of Philadelphia - a recipient of Federation's One Happy Camper Program - addresses the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. She voices her appreciation for the program and tells the crowd how much Jewish overnight camp, Camp Ramah in the Poconos, means to her.
