Shalom and welcome to the Kehillah of Center City, your connection to Center City Jewish Life.
Center City Philadelphia is home to over 15,000 Jews and serves as a second home to the tens of thousands Jews who work downtown. Amidst the hustle and bustle of vibrant urban life, with its theaters, music, fine dining and clubs, you can also find an exciting Jewish community with opportunities for learning, worship, social action and Jewish arts and culture. But with everything else going on downtown you need to know where to look.
The Kehillah of Center City is a collaborative effort among (13) synagogues, cultural and community service agencies in Center City Philadelphia. Organized in 1998, the Kehillah is a project of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia.
